3 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

3.1 Welcome Bonus

bg371 offers new members a 100% welcome bonus of up to ৳10,000. To receive this bonus, a first deposit must be made, and it is mandatory to read the relevant terms and conditions before claiming the bonus.

3.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount. This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before withdrawing bonus funds. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must place ৳10,000 in bets (calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus).

3.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• A bonus may only be used in the account it was awarded to.
• An offer cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bg371 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks). Any changes to payment methods will be communicated on the platform in advance.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation:

• Bonus abuse: collecting bonuses using multiple accounts or by providing false information
• Collusion or match-fixing to predetermine game results
• Using automated bots or software to operate games
• Unauthorised access to another member's account
• Filing a chargeback or any other fraudulent financial claim against bg371
• Distributing harmful or illegal content on the platform

If any of the above violations are detected, bg371 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account and take applicable legal action.

7 Intellectual Property & Ownership

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) is protected under their own intellectual property rights and governed by those companies' own terms and conditions.

8 Limitation of Liability

8.1 Service Interruptions
